Each channel runs independently. SMS and phone-call alerts go to a Twilio destination number; auto-reply is posted into the WhatsApp group the lead came from. Any new lead whose score is at or above a channel's threshold triggers that channel.

Shows groups with message activity in the last 7 days, plus any you joined in the last 7 days. Currently monitored groups always appear.

Your reply is posted in the same WhatsApp group the lead came from. Everyone in the group will see it. Mention the sender's name (e.g. "@Avi") if you want them to be notified specifically.

This will update the row, log the correction, and feed it back into both the regex similarity adjustments and the AI prompt so future similar messages score correctly.
